Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an essential role supporting students’ academic and emotional well-being as a School Psychologist in a dynamic district near Madison, NE. This full-time contract opportunity runs for the entire 2026/2027 school year, beginning in August and concluding in June. You’ll engage with students, families, and educators across the district, making a profound impact on both individual outcomes and school-wide success.

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s, Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid Nebraska Special Services Certificate, or eligibility to obtain credentialing
• Current or reciprocal Nebraska School Psychology Endorsement
• Deep knowledge of IDEA, special education eligibility, and IEP development
• Demonstrated experience administering psychoeducational assessments and composing professional reports
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written
• A collaborative spirit to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and staff

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to inform student support strategies
• Guide special education eligibility decisions and actively contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide consultation, training, and direct support to students, families, teachers, and staff
• Assist with behavioral intervention planning and academic program development
• Serve as a resource for learning styles, behavioral challenges, and social-emotional concerns
• Collaborate with community agencies, medical professionals, and parent groups as needed
• Help establish and implement crisis intervention programs district-wide
• Remain current with professional development and compliance standards
