Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a full-time School Psychologist, you’ll play a key part in fostering academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth from August 18th, 2026 through June 4th, 2027.

What we’re looking for:

• Advanced degree (Master’s, Ed.S., or Doctorate) in School Psychology
• Valid Nebraska Special Services Certificate or eligibility to obtain
• Nebraska School Psychology Endorsement or ability to gain it through reciprocity
• Solid knowledge of IDEA, special education eligibility, and IEP procedures
• Strong background in administering and interpreting psychoeducational assessments
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Collaborative mindset, ready to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough psychoeducational assessments and determining eligibility for special education services
• Collaborating in Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings and supporting IEP development
• Offering expert recommendations and interpreting assessment data for learning program development
• Assisting with behavioral intervention strategies and crisis intervention planning
• Providing consultation, guidance, and training for teachers, staff, and parents
• Maintaining compliance with federal and state special education regulations
• Participating in ongoing professional development and district-wide initiatives
