To learn more, visit Summary \ To ensure the proper operation of all production and facilities equipment, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.\ \ Essential Duties - Perform scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery (repair or replace worn or defective parts, motors and controls as necessary) - Repair, troubleshoot and maintain large conventional presses and custom production equipment. - Maintain all pumps, HVAC, presses, tumblers, and sanding equipment. - Maintain Cooling Tower, parts washer and driers. - Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues. - Respond to equipment stoppage, mechanicalbreakdowns. - Ensure proper documentation and information is recorded daily, including but not limited to production equipment. - Take an active part in training and helping others asneeded. - Participate in continuous improvement teams. Qualifications - Minimum of 2years experience in a manufacturing equipment maintenance role with basic blueprint reading ability. - Technical, vocational, college degree or equivalent work experience. MECHATRONICS IDEAL. - Hydraulic and mechanical repair and troubleshooting skillsrequired; electrical ideal. - Ability to diagnose and make good decisions about solving machine problems. - Work very attentively to company safety and cost requirements. - Knowledge of robotic motion controls a plus. - Knowledge of chillers and air compressors a plus. - Must be able to manage multiple priorities and easily adapt to changing situations. - Self-motivated with a desire to learn and continuously improve performance. - Very reliable and punctual attendance. - Must be able to work independently but also collaborate and communicate well with others. - Applyself-motivation to achieve excellent productivity at $28-$35hourly plus bonus potential and annual pay increases.
