Email Marketing Specialist

Atlanta (Buckhead), GA | Hybrid (3 Days In Office) Are you passionate about creating high-impact email campaigns that drive engagement and results? Our client, a well-established and growing organization in the financial services/banking industry, is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the email marketing process while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance and customer engagement. What You'll Be Doing Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot. Manage audience segmentation, list hygiene, and campaign execution. Support automated lead nurturing and customer lifecycle email journeys. Perform quality assurance prior to deployment, including testing links, personalization, rendering, and compliance. Track campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and results. Partner with Marketing and Technology teams to support platform enhancements and ongoing optimization. Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and email marketing best practices. What We're Looking For 3+ years of email marketing or marketing operations experience. Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). Strong understanding of email marketing, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and analytics. Experience with campaign testing, QA, and optimization. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Marketing Specialist Certification is a plus.
