District Manager

The Reisner Group is currently seeking a District Manager for a leading, fast-growing grocery retailer in Southwest Florida. This position will oversee multiple store locations throughout the Fort Myers to Naples territory and is ideal for a strong operational leader who excels at developing teams, driving results, and maintaining high standards across multiple locations. We are looking for candidates with multi-unit leadership experience in grocery, restaurant, or high-volume retail operations . We are also open to accomplished General Managers who have successfully led complex, high-volume operations and are ready to take the next step into multi-unit leadership. Approximately $95,000 starting base salary $5,000 sign-on bonus Company vehicle provided Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance Comprehensive training and professional development Significant opportunity for continued career growth Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple store locations Lead, coach, train, and develop Store Managers and their teams Drive operational performance, sales, productivity, and profitability Monitor P&L performance, expenses, inventory, productivity, and shrink Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results Maintain high standards for customer service and overall store execution Recruit, interview, hire, and develop high-performing team members Partner with Human Resources on training, development, retention, performance management, and employee relations Identify high-potential employees and build a strong internal leadership pipeline Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently executed across all locations Maintain compliance with OSHA requirements and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations Conduct regular store visits, operational reviews, cash audits, and inventory reviews Monitor local competitors, market trends, and competitive pricing Manage and approve store-level expenses within company guidelines Effectively address employee and customer concerns while maintaining company standards Conduct meetings with store leadership to communicate expectations, goals, performance, and company initiatives Serve as a liaison between store teams and senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree , preferably in Business Management, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related business field Approximately 3–15 years of professional leadership experience Multi-unit management experience strongly preferred Strong General Managers with significant operational leadership experience will also be considered Experience in grocery, restaurant, or high-volume retail environments Strong operations and people leadership background Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop employees and future leaders Strong communication, organization, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills Ability to analyze operational performance and implement plans that improve results Proven career progression is highly valued, particularly candidates who have taken on increasing responsibility or rotated through multiple roles, departments, or locations Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Fort Myers–Naples territory Background check and drug screening required upon acceptance of an offer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
