Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop customized treatment plans that address their unique situations.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on emotional and relational challenges while employing evidence-based interventions.

• Utilize treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques efficiently to equip clients with coping strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and ongoing guidance to clients in vulnerable situations.

• Maintain detailed and confidential electronic records that comply with California state regulations, ensuring the highest standards of client privacy and care quality.

• Work collaboratively with our remote care teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

You will be serving a varied patient population across California, addressing a range of issues from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in California, with a clean standing in accordance with state regulations.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with a focus on telehealth practices.

• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
