IT Support Technician

Requirements Must have: We are looking for a candidate with a one-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. We need strong interpersonal, adaptability, sensitivity, dependability, communication, organizational, work standards, and follow-up skills. We require intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. Help desk experience of at least 1 year is preferred. Windows experience of at least 1 year is preferred. Responsibilities: We provide in-person and remote technical support to internal users and contract partners. We manage company assets and maintain accurate records in our asset management system. We install software on PCs, iPads, Android devices, and office equipment. We diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across PCs, iOS, Android devices, and office equipment. We handle help desk requests through our ticketing system, Microsoft Teams, email, or phone while meeting KPI targets. We support organization-wide hardware and software rollouts. We create, update, and disable accounts and set up hardware and software during onboarding and offboarding. We complete special projects as assigned by our supervisor. We carry out other related duties as needed. Company: We are hiring a full-time IT Support Technician for our BORO Administration team, reporting to the IT Manager. This is an in-person role with a pay range of $19 to $24 per hour.
