P&C Senior Sales Agent, Commercial Line (Bilingual in Chinese)

The P&C Commercial Line Senior Sales Agent is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector. This role requires a proactive, goal-driven professional with strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of personal insurance products. The Sr Sales Agent will build and maintain client relationships, provide tailored risk management solutions, and contribute to revenue growth. We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team to support business development for our Commercial Lines division.

Major duties and responsibilities include actively generating new sales leads, presenting proposals to prospects and clients, providing proactive risk management advice to existing clients, identifying carrier risk appetites, identifying and pursuing cross-sell and cross-referral opportunities, staying informed about marketplace developments, maintaining proper documentation, attending training sessions, and courses to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.

Basic qualifications include being bilingual in Chinese and English, having 6+ years of successful commercial insurance sales experience with an active P&C license, experience in placing commercial insurance policies for high-risk clients in the E&S market, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, excellent communication and presentation abilities, strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, self-motivation with the ability to work independently and drive results, and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite and Agency Management System.
