Home Health Intake Coordinator - Referrals & EMR (401k)
Choice Health at Home
Choice Health At Home is seeking an Intake Coordinator for our Tucson, AZ home health branch. The role entails managing initial patient referrals, verifying insurance benefits, obtaining authorizations, and entering patient data into EMR systems. You will liaise with hospitals, physicians, families and clinical staff to ensure a seamless start of care, coordinating with Nursing Supervisors and the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and healthcare terminology knowledge are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Choice Health at Home
