LITIGATION PARALEGAL Atlanta, GA | Full-time | Hybrid (4 days in-office / 1 day WFH) COMPENSATION Base: $65K–$75K WHY THIS ROLE The billing target here is 800 hours annually — well below the 1,200+ hours typical at larger Atlanta firms — while the work is substantive: employment law and voting rights matters with BigLaw-caliber partners at a boutique that's earned national recognition in Best Law Firms, Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, and Georgia Trend's Legal Elite. You'll manage the full litigation lifecycle from inception through resolution and be mentored day-to-day by a senior paralegal with 20 years of experience. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll support two litigation partners on employment law and voting rights matters, handling filings, discovery, and case management from inception through resolution. The work spans drafting pleadings and discovery documents, preparing trial binders, managing e‑discovery workflows, and conducting legal research. You’ll collaborate closely with a senior paralegal lead (20 years of experience) who will guide onboarding and day-to-day workflow. REQUIREMENTS Experience: 4–10 years of litigation paralegal experience at a law firm Full litigation lifecycle management: filings, discovery, case management from inception through resolution Drafting and proofreading pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and deposition summaries Trial binder preparation, exhibit lists, and witness file organization Document production and e‑discovery workflow management Legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER Meticulous calendar and deadline management Accurate and consistent billable time entry Preferred: Federal court practice experience Employment law exposure Experience with e‑discovery platforms Tech Stack: Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, e‑discovery platforms, Microsoft Office Visa Sponsorship: Not available LOGISTICS Location: Atlanta, GA Work Policy: Hybrid — 4 days in-office / 1 day WFH Billing Target: 800 hours/year (soft target) #J-18808-Ljbffr
