Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients utilizing a range of evidence-based practices to identify their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic techniques including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to facilitate clients' mental wellness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulatory standards to protect client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in treatment planning and case management.
\n
• Participate actively in weekly case consultations and peer supervision meetings that enhance clinical knowledge and improve the standard of care.
\n
• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources to optimize outcomes.

• Continually engage in professional development by staying abreast of the latest research, trends, and techniques in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health issues. Our clients may present with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and more. Your role will be essential in guiding them through their unique journeys, equipping them with tools and strategies to enhance their mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated expertise in the application of solution-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and other professionals.
