Interns will work alongside HRprofessionals, gaining insights into recruitment, employeerelations, training, benefits administration, and general HRoperations. Below is a breakdown of how this internship alignswith different HR departments: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Assist with job postings, resume screenings, and interviewscheduling. Support the onboarding and orientation process for newhires. Help identify potential candidates and maintain recruitmentdatabases. 2. Employee Relations & Compliance Support HR initiatives that promote a positive workenvironment. 3. Training & Development Organize HR events, professional development workshops, andtraining sessions. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices inHR. Prepare reports on employee engagement and trainingeffectiveness. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)and HR software is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in aprofessional setting. Other Preferences for Consideration Previous HR-related experience or internship is preferred butnot required.
