Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 / hour starting base + Performance Bonuses!

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Project Coordinator, you are the face and voice of our center. You will consult with business clients, coordinate with our production shop, and ensure projects cross the finish line perfectly.

• Consultative Sales: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins. Listen to client needs and recommend the perfect custom signage and branding solutions.

• Project Management: Track sales orders seamlessly from the initial estimate through design, fabrication, delivery, and final installation.

• Client Communication: Keep clients happily informed with clear updates regarding their order status, project timelines, and production schedules.

• Lead Follow-Up: Actively follow up on new business leads, inquiries, and referrals generated by our marketing efforts.

• Problem Solving: Maintain a clean, organized retail environment and handle any customer adjustments or scheduling changes quickly and professionally.

What It Takes to Succeed (Qualifications):

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional Customer Service or Sales experience (B2B or service-business experience is a major plus, but sign industry experience is NOT required —we will train you!).

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. High attention to detail with sharp proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills. (Bilingual is a huge plus!)

• Tech Savvy: Proficient with computers, internet navigation, and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Organization & Math: Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Basic math skills and the ability to read a measuring tape are required.

• Reliability: A trustworthy self-starter who shows up on time, ready to collaborate with an amazing team.

• Physical: Comfort standing for extended periods of time in our retail environment.
