Assistant Parts Manager

RideNow Powersports , with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for an Assistant Parts Manager who’s ready to deliver top-tier service. What You'll Do: Supervise, coach, and provide consistent guidance to a high-performing parts team focused on delivering superior customer service and achieving sales goals. Oversee inventory planning, pricing strategies, and ensure inventory accuracy to minimize discrepancies. Assist Manager to Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets; monitor gross margins and departmental profitability. Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost-efficiency, in coordination with the General Manager. Partner with the service department to ensure technician needs are met quickly and efficiently. Stay up to date on the latest parts, accessories, and powersports industry trends. Collaborate with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience Requirements Why Join RideNow?
