Job Title: Career Navigator
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary Range: $56,513.60 – $84,780.80 annually

Job Summary

The Career Navigator supports both internal employees and external candidates by providing career coaching, educational guidance, and workforce development resources. This role helps strengthen healthcare talent pipelines while fostering partnerships with community and academic organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and guidance related to healthcare career pathways.
• Conduct career assessments and develop individualized career development plans.
• Facilitate workshops focused on resume building, interview preparation, and job readiness skills.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and workforce development agencies.
• Track participant progress and maintain accurate program documentation and reports.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, outreach programs, and community events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in career development, talent acquisition, or workforce development.
• Knowledge of healthcare career pathways and workforce development programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
