Commercial Roofing Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day roofing operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. This position will manage field crews, project scheduling, subcontractors, materials, quality control, safety, and customer communication while working closely with company leadership to improve operational performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily commercial roofing operations and field crews
- Manage scheduling, clients, materials, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule expectations
- Monitor job costs, productivity, and overall project profitability
- Support project managers, foremen, and field personnel
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Identify operational improvements and help drive company growth
Ideal Candidate: This position requires exceptional knowledge of commercial roofing; typically, we like to see 20+ years of experience and exposure to many unique and complex projects. Of commercial roofing experience with proven leadership or operations management experience. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
