A Southern California manufacturer specializing in custom plumbing fixtures and components is hiring for multiple 2nd Shift positions at its Huntington Beach facility. These opportunities support assembly, production, finishing, material handling, picking, and precision cleaning operations.

Available Positions

• Finisher – $20.50/hr. — 3 openings
• Material Handler – $20.00/hr.
• Water Bearing Assembler – $20.00/hr.
• Assembler – $20.00/hr.
• Assembler – Temporary – $20.00/hr.
• Picker – $20.00/hr. — 2 openings
• PVD Precision Cleaner – Temporary – $20.00/hr

Position Duties

Responsibilities vary by assignment and may include:

• Assembling plumbing fixtures and components, including spouts, valves, showerheads, and related products.
• Performing water pressure and flow testing on designated assemblies.
• Picking parts and products according to production orders and pick tickets.
• Verifying part numbers, quantities, and components for accuracy.
• Moving materials and finished products between production, inventory, and staging areas.
• Operating push carts and other material-handling equipment.
• Using hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Inspecting components and finished products for quality and identifying defects.
• Performing sanding, polishing, buffing, and other metal finishing processes.
• Operating finishing equipment and maintaining finishing materials and work areas.
• Preparing metal components for additional production or finishing processes.
• Cleaning and polishing precision plumbing components through wiping, brushing, and polishing.
• Removing residue and surface imperfections from components.
• Following detailed cleaning and surface preparation procedures.
• Scanning production tickets and completing basic inventory or ERP transactions.
• Communicating parts shortages, quality concerns, and production issues to team leaders or supervisors.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Following all production, quality, and safety procedures.

Finishing Duties

Finishing assignments may include:

• Sandblasting metal components to clean and prepare surfaces.
• Polishing and buffing metal surfaces.
• Smoothing and satin-finishing components.
• Operating polishing and finishing equipment.
• Preparing parts for additional finishing processes.
• Racking, staging, and handling components.
• Inspecting finished parts for defects and quality standards.

Precision Cleaning Duties

Precision Cleaning assignments may include:

• Physically cleaning and preparing plumbing components.
• Wiping, brushing, and polishing product surfaces.
• Removing residue and surface imperfections.
• Following detailed cleaning procedures and production instructions.
• Maintaining consistent quality throughout the production process.
• Using required personal protective equipment and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, finishing, or material-handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately read, count, and identify parts.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and production equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work with your hands throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow all safety requirements and wear required PPE.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $20.00–$20.50 per hour, depending on assignment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift.

Location: Huntington Beach, CA.
