Culinary Experience Coordinator

Alida Harper Fowlkes was a celebrated entrepreneur within the city. This individual is passionate about the connections that can be created over a good meal. Their primary goal is to create an intentional culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by elevating unique ingredients and flavors.

Requested Tasks:

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation
• Preparing a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness
• Maintaining good kitchen safety and sanitation

Requested Capabilities:

• At least 3+ years of related professional cooking experience
• Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment
• Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
• Great communication skills with both front and back of the house
• Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease
