This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security procedures are followed.Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management tasks.Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.Assist with administrative projects and provide general office support.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.Support various departments with clerical and administrative duties.
