Corporate Associate | Fully Remote (Nationwide) – Up to $275k

Location/Schedule: Fully Remote (Anywhere in the US)

Base Salary: Up to $275k (plus performance bonuses)

Practice: Corporate – Sophisticated corporate transactions, private investment funds, M&A, venture financings, and general corporate advisory work for financial services clients and growing companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate corporate documents for fund formations, M&A, venture financings, and joint ventures.
• Advise clients on governance, securities compliance, and transactional structuring.
• Manage deal processes from term sheets through closing and post-closing matters.
• Collaborate on cross-practice matters involving regulatory, tax, and real estate elements.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active bar admission (NY preferred).
• 3–7+ years of corporate transactional or funds experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
