Lo Que Se Necesita para Tener Éxito en Este Puesto
- Líder con experiencia, listo para asumir un puesto de Gerente de Tienda en un plazo de 30 a 60 días.
- Capacidad demostrada para dirigir un negocio, no solo administrar tareas.
- Excelentes habilidades para tomar decisiones de manera oportuna, con confianza y basadas en datos.
- Historial comprobado de lograr resultados en ventas, cobranza u operaciones.
- Experiencia administrando y mejorando el desempeño financiero del negocio (ingresos, gastos y rentabilidad).
- Alto nivel de responsabilidad; asumes los resultados, tanto los buenos como los malos.
- Capacidad para formar, desarrollar y responsabilizar a los equipos por el cumplimiento de los estándares de desempeño.
- Persona motivada, competitiva y orientada al éxito, tanto como líder como miembro del equipo.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones difíciles y liderar al equipo durante cambios y desafíos.
- Enfoque en brindar experiencias excepcionales al cliente mientras se alcanzan los objetivos del negocio.
- Capacidad para evaluar rápidamente un negocio e identificar oportunidades para generar un impacto inmediato.
Lo Que Harás
- Liderar las operaciones diarias de ventas, servicio al cliente y ejecución del equipo.
- Capacitar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo.
- Revisar reportes e identificar oportunidades para mejorar los resultados.
- Impulsar los ingresos mediante la atención al cliente, el seguimiento y el cierre de ventas.
- Apoyar la retención de clientes y realizar el seguimiento de las cuentas.
- Administrar los horarios, el inventario y los estándares de la tienda.
- Asumir el liderazgo de la tienda cuando sea necesario.
Liderazgo
- Supervisar y desarrollar un equipo de 3 a 5 empleados.
- Brindar capacitación, retroalimentación y responsabilidad por el desempeño.
- Colaborar con el equipo de liderazgo para impulsar el desempeño y el crecimiento.
Lo Que Buscamos
- 2 a 3 años o más de experiencia en liderazgo o administración.
- Sólida experiencia en ventas o comercio minorista.
- Capacidad comprobada para obtener resultados y desarrollar a otras personas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Licencia de conducir válida.
Horario
Puesto asalariado (45 a 50 horas por semana)
Lunes a viernes: 9:00 a. m. a 7:00 p. m.
Sábados: 9:00 a. m. a 6:00 p. m. (obligatorio)
Domingos: Cerrado
