Job Summary Manages, controls, and coordinates contract process standardization across the organization for Information Management (IM). Responsible for establishing system standards related to contract database management in compliance with legal, accounting, and risk requirements. Oversees the system-wide contract database and handles user administration functions across the enterprise. Leads and manages the Contract Administrator Resource Group, comprising representatives from all business units. Develops bid packages and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the Information Management Department. Coordinates with the Purchasing Department to ensure adherence to Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) requirements, as applicable. Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree required. 1–3 years of experience in managing, controlling, and coordinating contract process standardization across an organization. Experience in overseeing a system-wide contract database and performing enterprise-level user administration functions. Proven ability to lead and manage a cross‑functional Contract Administrator Resource Group. Experience in developing bid packages and RFPs for an Information Management Department. Key Responsibilities Provide system leadership for contracts administration processes, compliance, and database functions. Establish and maintain standardized system procedures for contract processing. Maintain a centralized contract database. Perform user administration functions across the enterprise. Develop and lead a system-level resource group to align contract practices among business units. Organize, maintain, and electronically track all contracts and related documents within the Information Management Department. Assist and train business units in standard contract processes and procedures. Conduct audits of business unit contract processes to ensure compliance with system standards. Assist in contract development, administration, tracking, and analysis. Collaborate with the Purchasing Department and GPO to ensure adherence to system-level purchasing agreements. Notify business unit owners of upcoming contract termination dates and coordinate the contract renewal process. #J-18808-Ljbffr MDAEdge
