Conducts apartment inspections upon move out to complete the statement of deposit within the state set timelines.Places advertising that has been approved by the Manager, online or in print, when directed by supervisor.Build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members, ensuring satisfaction and success.Collaborates with property management team to produce advertising materials to attract new tenantsProcesses applications and conducts credit checks.Communicates professionally with tenants regarding property-related issues.Collects, processes, and maintains records of rent payments and rental activityComplies with anti-discrimination laws with regard to housing, renting and advertising.Walks property and ready units to ensure quality and cleanliness. QualificationsMinimum of two years of property management experience - RequiredMinimum one year of experience processing move out statements and reading ledgers - RequiredKnowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - PreferredAbility to speak Spanish - PreferredMust have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook​​​​​​Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented and highly organizedStrong customer service skillsSkilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationSerena Vista Apartments $20-$23/hr.Monday - Friday 9AM - 5 PMThe above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
