About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Sales for North America. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing and meeting sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the PCB value chain, including design, prototyping, and full-scale manufacturing, particularly as it relates to AI, data centers, and networking. The VP of Sales will be responsible for fostering close relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, leading a sales team, and promoting a results-driven culture with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in account management, sales, or business development within the PCB, electronics manufacturing, or EMS industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Essential skills include a strong financial acumen, proficiency in CRM systems, and a working knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and quality standards. The role also demands the ability to lead contract negotiations, stay current on client roadmaps and market trends, and make data-driven decisions. A proven track record in managing high-value, complex accounts, and experience with Tier 1 OEMs and high-tech clients is essential. Familiarity with global supply chain models, ERP systems, and a background in semiconductor experience are also key requirements for this position.
