Associate Import CHB Coordinator

Position Summary The Associate Import CHB Coordinator supports Mohawk’s air/ocean import transportation by leveraging partner relationships and analytical skills to assist customers. The role requires regular and direct interfacing with clients and suppliers to ensure high performance in the movement of goods through the supply chain. The coordinator investigates and resolves problematic shipments and other freight management aspects across air, land, or sea. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Track and trace freight using online tools Manage documents in a digital workflow Enter data into CargoWise operating system Inform appropriate parties of customs clearance, delivery instructions, and required information Finalize files with billing charges and complete invoices in a paperless environment Perform other duties as assigned Desired Skills & Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong attention to accuracy and detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Multi‑tasking, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Ability to work in a professional remote environment (if applicable) Desire to develop professionally and personally College degree (Associate or Bachelor preferred but not required) Mohawk Global is an equal opportunity employer.
