THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER WILL: Serve as the primary HR contact and strategic partner to leadership and employees. Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Design and implement HR strategies that support business growth, workforce development, and employee retention. Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with employment laws. Develop and maintain OSHA-compliant safety programs, training, audits and first responder activities Partner with leadership to promote a positive, productive, and safe workplace. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Safety Management, or related field, Master’s preferred. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing safety programs and OSHA compliance in an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Experience leading emergency response or first aid teams preferred. Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) and/or safety certification (OSHA, CSP, ASP) preferred. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture goals and hands-on execution. Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of functioning as a one-person HR department. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization. Skilled at problem-solving and making practical decisions that balance compliance with business needs. Able to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
