Join us to be part of a dynamic and impactful global company!Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager – Operations & Human Resources to oversee office administration, operational functions, and human resources initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities:Lead all HR functions, including employee benefits, performance management, policy administration, compliance, and employee relations.Drive employee engagement programs and oversee day-to-day office and people management activities.Ensure compliance with U.S. employment regulations, labor laws, and immigration requirements.Manage facilities, support internal and external audits, and coordinate corporate events and special initiatives.Provide operational and HR support for both V2Soft and the affiliated distillery business owned by the CEO.Qualifications:7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Operations, including leadership responsibilities.Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations.Solid understanding of U.S. labor and immigration regulations.Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) strongly preferred.This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively balance strategic HR initiatives with operational excellence while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.V2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
