MICU / CICU at 500 bed Level 2 Trauma center and teaching facility. Salem is a city of 25k, the Roanoke County seat, and an integral part of Virginia’s Blue Ridge region. The city features a charming downtown combining historical elements with a delicious food & drink scene, and rich arts & cultural amenities.
