Has and influential philosophy leadership and floor management presence based on mutual respect and organization coupled with strong business acumen. Lives the hospitality quotient and necessary communication skills. Cultivating and continuously improving guest rapport with new guests as well as our returning guests. The ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure while understanding the principles of People, Product and Process. Adheres to guidelines with regard to company standards. Strong computer and reservation/table management skills; Toast, Resy, Hotschedules Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility Certification by NYCDH required, Cicerone and T.I.P.S. is a huge plus.
