Floor Manager

Rezdôra is a Michelin Starred (NYTimes 3-Star) Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia Romagna region in Italy. The restaurant was founded by CIA graduate chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer. Mr. Secchi’s father is from Italy and he has worked and cooked in the homeland for 3 years including at Osteria Francescana, All’Enoteca and Hosteria Giusti, based in Modena, Emilia Romagna and Canale, Piemonte respectively. We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager with a strong work ethic to help maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism. Our ideal candidate is a professional who is also energetic, and passionate about all aspects of hospitality. The FOH Manager will work closely with both the General Manager and all members of the restaurant’s management team to ensure the restaurant is operating according to the standards set by the executive management team and owners. They will be responsible for overseeing service, training FOH staff and will share in administrative responsibilities. Managers are an integral and active member of service. Managers are expected to be hands on from the beginning to end of the guest experience – with guests, the service team, and with Back of House team.
