This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives exceptional result driven in service and revenue, leads by example on the floor, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead, motivate and manage FOH team for daily operation
• Uphold high level service standards, appearance, and professionalism
• Use excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written and body language
• Prepare the dining room for service by publishing daily floor plans, pre-shift notes, sufficient staffing and end of day report
• Address and resolve guest concerns with care and discretion, in collaboration with other FOH Leadership and Ownership
• Anticipate guest needs and cultivate meaningful guest relationships
• Ensure all policies and procedures are consistently followed by team and improve SOP if needed
• Oversee and assist Host station and manage smooth transition
• Assist the team on the floor when they need extra hand

• Lift and carry 30 lbs, carry and balance plates, cocktail tray on a regular and frequent basis
• Stand for periods of 8-10 hours
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Comply with all safety and health department procedures, as well as, all state and federal laws
• Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per company standards
• Bend, squat and stretch in areas of limited space to perform cleaning, organization and other duties
• Adhere to policies including but not limited to attendance, safety, behavior

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States

1-2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant or lounge in similar role

Already certified with at least 6 months left on your Food Handler and TIPS cards? You're ahead of the game!

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
