Madison & Vine, the signature American Bistro and Wine Bar is seeking a professional, guest‑focused hospitality leader to join our front‑of‑house team. We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, poise, and genuine care to every guest interaction.
Position: Shift Lead / Maître D’
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years in hospitality (restaurant or hotel), ideally in a leadership or guest‑facing role.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong floor presence with the ability to lead service smoothly and confidently
- Experience as a Shift Leader or maître d’ in a quality hospitality environment
- Excellent guest‑facing skills — warm, polished, and professional
- Solid wine knowledge and comfort guiding guests through selections
- Ability to support staff, maintain service standards, and uphold the Madison & Vine experience
- Reliable, organized, and committed to consistent excellence
