We are seeking a talented, passionate hospitality leader to join our team as a Floor Manager. Our ideal candidate takes a total ownership approach to the venue—bringing energy, professionalism, and executive presence to every shift. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, motivating the team, and ensuring an unparalleled guest experience bridging premium dining and vibrant nightlife.What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Preferred 3+ years of management experience in prime NYC restaurant dining and nightlife settings.
Systems: Deep familiarity with Toast POS, reservation platforms, and floor management software.
Leadership: Strong communication skills with the natural ability to support, train, and motivate a large team.
Guest Relations: Exceptional conflict-resolution skills with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor under pressure.
Operations: Attention to detail, strict adherence to safety/DOHMH standards, and sharp organizational skills.
Language: Must be fluent in English.
A total ownership mindset with a proven track record of driving hospitality excellence in high-volume environments.
An adaptable, positive attitude and a hands-on approach to leadership.
A team-first mentality—leading by example on the floor.
