Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories, mental health needs, and readiness for change.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that encompass strategies for addressing both substance use and any underlying mental health issues.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions using recognized methodologies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure seamless, integrated care for our clients.

• Facilitate family involvement in treatment through education and support sessions that promote understanding of addiction and the recovery process.
