Space Planning Coordinator - Enterprise Physical Operations

* Maintains accurate data in the space system and creates manual reports at the end of each fiscal year.* Maintains all construction documents, drawings, spec. books, maintenance manuals, as-built drawings and all project related correspondence.* Assists consultants, contractors, architects and engineers in retrieving archived project drawings; verifies renovated space, new construction and newly acquired space as needed; and prepares room numbering for all new construction and renovation projects.* Coordinates special projects (i.e., WashU maps, Community Unit Plan, planning boards, etc.).* Conducts field verification audits and quarterly department reviews and performs other duties as assigned.* Up to 22 days of vacation, 10 recognized holidays, and sick time.* Competitive health insurance packages with priority appointments and lower copays/coinsurance.* Take advantage of our free Metro transit U-Pass for eligible employees.* WashU provides eligible employees with a defined contribution (403(b)) Retirement Savings Plan, which combines employee contributions and university contributions starting at 7%.* WashU covers the cost of tuition for you and your family, including dependent undergraduate-level college tuition up to 100% at WashU and 40% elsewhere after seven years with us.Washington University in St. Louis' collective success is significantly attributed to the passion and outstanding efforts of our community.
