As an Area Manager, you'll directly manage one salon while also supporting and coaching a team of Salon Managers across a small group of additional locations. This role is ideal for an experienced salon or multi-unit leader who enjoys developing managers, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving consistent performance across teams. As an Area Manager, you will develop your leadership team in 2-4 assigned salons. Lead your teams to success by staying organized, delivering our steps to customer care, refine operations, celebrate together and work some hours behind the chair and other hours enhancing the salons.
