Director Business Development - Engineering Services

Director Business Development - Engineering Services Full-time A Client of WalkWater Responsibilities Deliver sales revenue from engineering services to clients and prospects in the North East Transportation Domain, focusing on Automotive. Achieve and exceed revenue quota targets (approx. 6-10 million USD) by winning new contracts and orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships. Accurately forecast and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams and monitor growth. Establish and engage at CXO level to penetrate new markets and business opportunities. Negotiate contractual terms and conditions, and collaborate with proposal and technical teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and build a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities. Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and new business opportunities. Maintain a good understanding of offshore and global delivery models. Ideal Candidate Profile 10-12 years of experience, with at least 8-10 years of business development experience in the US geography. At least 6-7 years of hands‑on experience selling engineering services in the Transportation domain.
