Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate individual, familial, or couple dynamics, establishing needs, treatment objectives, and appropriate interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients’ specific issues and therapeutic goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate a variety of therapy sessions in diverse formats—individual, couple, family, and group settings—utilizing tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress through regular assessments, ensuring treatment plans remain effective and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions, integrating cultural competence and sensitivity regarding issues such as adoption and prenatal substance exposure.

• Lead parent support groups, creating an encouraging environment for collaboration and sharing among caregivers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds, allowing for rich interactions and diverse therapeutic experiences. Notably, you will be working with individuals who have complex histories, including those facing challenges related to placement and adoption issues as well as prenatal substance exposure. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical practice, particularly in family and relationship counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role is competitive and ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
