Strawberry Paris is a fast-growing, Los Angeles-based fashion brand specializing in high-ticket, distinctive products for wholesale buyers, boutiques, and retail partners. We combine premium quality and style with strong client relationships and commercial drive in a dynamic, creative environment. Role This full-time, on-site role in Los Angeles is perfect for a hungry, high-performing closer. You will hunt new business, turn cold leads into long-lasting warm relationships and repeat purchases, and grow a high-value portfolio of wholesale accounts. Responsibilities include aggressive prospecting, leading line showings and presentations, negotiating strong margins, closing big deals, and delivering exceptional ongoing account management. You’ll travel to 8-10 fashion weeks and trade shows per year (short 3-day trips, fully company-paid), create fast sales strategies, solve problems creatively to hit aggressive targets, and stay laser-focused on numbers and pipeline.

Qualifications Proven experience and hunger for turning cold leads into loyal, repeat-buying relationships Strong track record closing high-ticket B2B deals (fashion/apparel/luxury preferred) Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Fast strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to crush sales goals Highly numbers-driven with CRM proficiency Ability to thrive on-site in LA with frequent short travel Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience What We Offer Close Work with the CEO : Partner directly with our founder in a flexible, fast-moving team, including training from the CEO and ongoing support to grow your role. Strong Pay Package : Base salary $60K–$70K +3% commission paid monthlyon your sales + quarterly performance bonuses, annual guarantees, and long-term loyalty bonuses. Guaranteed raises every 6 months (2-5% based on performance). Exceptional performers can realistically earn $80-100K+ in Year 1 and $100-150K+ in Year 2.
