\n Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to provide temporary maternity leave coverage from late October through July. The role will focus on  influencer strategy across the Health and Home categories , supporting related marketing initiatives and campaigns.\n

Key Responsibilities: \n

\n
• Develop and support influencer marketing strategies across the Health and Home categories.
\n
• Manage influencer-related initiatives and strategic partnership activities.
\n
• Support marketing campaigns, events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
\n
• Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, partners, and external agencies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, talent teams, and external agencies.
\n
• Manage relationships and coordinate deliverables across multiple internal teams and external partners.
\n
• Support agency partnerships, including collaboration with agencies such as A Thousand Heads.
\n
• Travel domestically as needed to support events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
\n

Basic Qualifications: \n

\n
• 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience.
\n
• Strong strategic marketing background.
\n
• Proven experience with contract negotiation.
\n
• Strong experience managing influencer-related initiatives.
\n
• Experience managing strategic partnerships.
\n
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Experience working with external agencies and partners.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple relationships, deliverables, and priorities.
\n

Location & Travel: \n

\n
• Must be based in New York City .
\n
• Frequent domestic travel may be required to support events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
\n
