Field HR Generalist: Recruiting, Onboarding & Compliance

JSN Network is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee recruiting, onboarding, promotions and payroll-related compliance across our Chicago-area operations. You will drive performance reviews, talent development, and HR communications while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity. You’ll collaborate with our third-party HR team, manage employee records, benefits enrollment, unemployment and workers’ compensation processes, and support travel to regional sites as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Baskin-Robbins
