We are looking for a tech savvy, detail-oriented candidate capable of working independently to complete a high volume of tasks accurately and timely while providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
What you would be doing in this role:
- Greet Customers
- Answer Phones
- Perform data entry and file management tasks
- Maintain positive relationships and communication with realtors, team members, clients, and company departments
- Provide one-on-one training in company programs and systems to newly recruited Realtors
What wed like you to bring:
- Associate degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- Real Estate or escrow office experience.
- Current Real Estate license and/or Notary Commission (must be willing to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to be highly accurate with critical information and able to adapt during constant interruption of duties.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical & problem-solving abilities.
- Solid attendance history and a dedication to continuous employment.
- Positive & productive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional dress & demeanor.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
