Position Overview
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a variety of litigation matters, including motions, discovery processes, and depositions. This role is crucial in representing our clients and providing them with the highest level of legal counsel and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings and legal negotiations
• Draft and file legal documents including motions and pleadings
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies
• Manage the discovery process, including the collection and review of evidence
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to build strong cases
• Stay updated on relevant laws and legal trends affecting litigation practices

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active license to practice law in New York
• 3+ years of experience 
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes including motions, discovery, and depositions
• Exceptional research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary for this position, ranging between $130,000 -$175,000 annually. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K plans. We have an annual standard of 1800 billable hours with 50 hours of pro bono service(treated as billable). We also provide a set partnership track, so you'll know where you're headed from day one!
