The Opportunity

As Member Solutions Center Manager, you’ll lead our onsite virtual branch/contact center in Sterling Heights, ensuring members receive consistent, accurate support while the team meets service and performance standards.

Key responsibilities include:
- Direct and coach MSC Representatives supporting the Member Solutions Center
- Oversee member account transactions, loan processing support, and issue resolution quality
- Review metrics and key performance indicators, and run regular staff huddles/meetings
- Resolve escalations within established Credit Union policies and guidelines

Required qualifications/skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Solid planning and organization skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and partners
- High level of confidentiality with member and employee information

You’ll start by checking prior-day dashboards and today’s staffing coverage, then connect with the team to align on service goals and any emerging member needs. Throughout the day, you’ll balance real-time support for escalated member situations with quick coaching moments, keeping communication clear and consistent. You’ll also carve out time for scheduled metric reviews, follow-ups from recent meetings, and documentation that keeps work organized and on track. As the day wraps, you’ll confirm open items are moving forward and prepare the next set of priorities so the center begins tomorrow with momentum.
