Location: Stevens Point, WI (Fully Onsite) Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (Paid Weekly) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT Duration: Approximately 6 months with potential for conversion based on performance, attendance, and business needs Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain homeowners insurance policies associated with mortgage loans. Ensure timely disbursement of funds for homeowners insurance and PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) premiums. Review, collect, and process required documentation accurately and efficiently. Verify compliance with company policies, investor requirements, and regulatory standards. Research and resolve insurance-related issues and discrepancies. Maintain accurate loan records and update servicing systems as needed. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate loan servicing activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in banking, mortgage servicing, loan operations, insurance processing, or administrative support preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
