You’ll enjoy the independence of working in the field while receiving support from an experienced, collaborative clinical team. \n \n Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Newton-Waltham Territory \n \n What Make Elara Different? \n \n \n Monday–Friday schedule that supports work-life balance \n \n Meaningful one-on-one patient care \n \n Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment \n \n Competitive compensation and dependable full-time hours (pay is based of education and experience with a range between $38 to $42/hr) \n \n Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance \n \n 401(k) with employer match \n \n Generous paid time off and paid holidays \n \n Tuition reimbursement for full-time employees \n \n Continuing education opportunities available at no cost \n \n Career growth and advancement opportunities \n \n What You’ll Do \n \n \n Provide skilled physical therapy services according to the treatment plan established by the supervising Physical Therapist. \n \n Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. \n \n Review the Plan of Care before each visit and follow physician orders and established clinical guidelines. \n \n Monitor patients’ progress and promptly communicate changes in condition to the Physical Therapist. \n \n Teach patients and caregivers how to safely complete prescribed home exercise programs. \n \n Provide instruction on the safe use of walkers, canes, wheelchairs, prosthetics, orthotics, and other assistive devices. \n \n Accurately document visits, patient progress, and response to treatment. \n \n Follow all state practice requirements and organizational policies. \n \n Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes. \n \n What You’ll Need \n \n \n Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. \n \n Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice. \n \n At least six months of PTA experience preferred. \n \n Home health experience preferred. \n \n Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance. \n \n Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. \n \n Sit, stand, bend, lift and move up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment \n \n \n \n \n Equal Employment Opportunity : We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and comply with state and federal affirmative action requirements.
