Of het nu gaat over een verzekering, een repatriëring, nabestaandenzorg of de uitvaart zelf, mensen ontzorgen in één van de moeilijkste momenten van hun leven . Dat is wat onze job zinvol maakt en ons de energie geeft om er altijd te staan als één team . Ter uitbreiding van ons commerciële team , zoeken we een Account Manager Verzekeren voor de regio Brussel en Waals-Brabant. Jouw uitdaging Als Account Manager ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor de verzekeringsmakelaars in jouw regio. Je bouwt bestaande samenwerkingen verder uit, legt nieuwe contacten en helpt makelaars om de uitvaartverzekeringen van DELA succesvol in hun aanbod te integreren. Je krijgt de vrijheid om jouw regio zelfstandig uit te bouwen. Je analyseert commerciële opportuniteiten, stelt actieplannen op en bouwt duurzame partnerships uit met makelaars. Zo draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de groei van DELA én help je makelaars om hun klanten optimaal te begeleiden. Wat je doet als Account Manager bij DELA Elke werkdag bij DELA draait om betekenisvol contact. In deze rol komt het erop aan om: Een bestaande portefeuille van verzekeringsmakelaars uit te bouwen én actief nieuwe samenwerkingen aan te gaan Makelaars te adviseren en te ondersteunen bij het aanbieden van de uitvaartverzekeringen van DELA Commerciële opportuniteiten binnen jouw regio te analyseren en te vertalen naar concrete actie- en jaarplannen Langdurige relatis op te bouwen gebaseerd op vertrouwen, samenwerking en wederzijds engagement Jouw regio actief te vertegenwoordigen via klantenbezoeken, netwerkevents en commerciële initiatieven Zelfstandig jouw planning en regio te beheren en zo de commerciële doelstellingen van DELA mee te realiseren #J-18808-Ljbffr DELA Uitvaartspecialist
