Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of each patient’s needs, enabling customized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples and individual family members to address issues such as emotional conflicts, communication barriers, and behavioral problems.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to assist patients in navigating complex family dynamics, including blended family adjustments, divorce proceedings, and grief management.

• Document patient progress and treatment adjustments in compliance with organizational protocols and best practices for behavioral health.

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings to share knowledge and enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
