Job Description
Job Title: Operations Assistant Department: Operations Reports To: Director of Operations FLSA Status: Non-Exempt - Hourly ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Coordinates the following duties: * Responsible for providing clients with administrative, technical, and customer service support. * Explaining administrative leases to clients and providing them with a clear understanding of their lease agreement. * Performs other clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and operating office machines. * Handles various phone calls and e-mails from customers and subcontractors. * Handles and resolves various complaints and claims from customers talking to the Supervisor /Manager depending on the difficulty. * Maintaining the internal database to ensure permits and licenses are current. * Manage the balance of current leases and charge clients when necessary. * Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and interest. Ability to apply concepts of basic math. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
