Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: This position provides direct patient care in a general medicine unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients. Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations. Participates in professional development and activities that ensure regulatory compliance and enhance patient safety. Engages in effective communication across care continuum and promotes a healing environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred. Licensure: Valid RN license required. Preferred experience: Less than 2 years; BSN degree advantageous. Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work safely and alertly in a safety-sensitive environment.
